The One and Only Ivan by Katherine ApplegateMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
This is the BEST children's book I have read in several years. You will root for Ivan and all of his friends, both human and non-human. Everyone should read this book and pass it on. GREAT read aloud for teachers.
